Returns & Exchanges

At CEP Sports, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all returned products are in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to your package.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Take your package to any authorized carrier drop-off location or schedule a pickup to send your items back to our processing center.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After we inspect your returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange within 5-7 business days.
